At Will Power, we deliver high quality estate planning at an affordable cost by focusing on serving employees.  We travel to corporations and educational institutions throughout Massachusetts and conduct on-site seminars and private meetings that conveniently fit within the employee's normal work hours.  Through the Will Power program, an individual can prepare for their own or their entire family's future without having to leave the campus or their work responsibilities.

Comprehensive Estate Planning for Individuals and Families

After the estate planning seminar and 15 minute informational interview, our attorneys draft the wills, living wills, durable powers of attorney and healthcare directives for your employees.  We also assist each client in reviewing, drafting, witnessing and notarizing his or her estate planning documents.  This entire service is made available at a fraction of the cost of a typical estate planning lawyer.  We prepare and deliver a comprehensive estate planning package for the cost of:

• $300 (for individuals)
• $500 (for couples)
