Attorney and Executive Profiles

All Will Power attorneys have substantial practical experience and competent interviewing skills.

William J. Snell, III, is a founding principal of Will Power.  He has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts for 40 years.  His areas of concentration are estate planning and estate administration.  Mr. Snell was graduated from Boston University Law School in 1973 with a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation.  He also was awarded a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1969 and an A.B. from the College of Holy Cross in 1966.

John F. Foley, Jr., is a founding principal of Will Power and has over 25 years of experience in estate administration.  His practice areas include estate law, general civil litigation, business and commercial law, real estate and probate.  He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1980.  Mr. Foley was graduated from the New England School of Law in 1979 with a Juris Doctor and from Bridgewater State College with a B.A. in 1976.

Donald P. Anderson, a founding principal of Will Power, is the manager of marketing and internal organization.  He is a senior financial consultant in the financial services industry.  He spent over 30 years as a corporate systems manager before becoming involved in the financial services industry, where he is currently licensed by federal and state licensing boards and the insurance industry.  He has numerous years of consulting experience.  He earned a B.S. in engineering at Northeastern University and his MBA in Management from the Whitman School of Management of Syracuse University.

Erland V. Sorensen is a founding principal of Will Power and the manager of internal finance and document production.  He is a Senior Lecturer in the Mathematical Sciences Department at Bentley University.  He has previously taught at Northeastern University and Syracuse University.  Dr. Sorensen has significant business consulting experience and is the author of numerous journal articles.  He earned his MBA and PhD in Management from the Whitman School of Management of Syracuse University.
