About Will Power

Mission Statement

The primary mission of Will Power is to provide education and knowledge about wills and health care documents to employees and their families in a friendly, comfortable environment; and to make these documents available to them at low, fixed, affordable costs.

Will Power was founded by attorneys and business leaders in 1984 to provide fixed legal services to individuals in the workplace.  By focusing on individuals in medium to large companies and by limiting the type of legal services to estate planning, Will Power is able to deliver high quality legal services at very low costs.

Many people have commented that they would not have addressed their basic estate planning needs had it not been for the convenient Will Power program.
